Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your login credentials private. Use customer information only for legitimate business communication and respect the permissions and messaging rules of the connected platform.

Service availability

Message delivery and reply capabilities depend on Meta permissions, account status, service availability and applicable messaging windows. Features may change during development. Do not assume a reply has reached a customer solely because it has been submitted from the portal.

Acceptable conduct

Do not use the application for spam, deceptive communication, unauthorized data access or attempts to bypass account protections. Access may be restricted to protect the application and connected accounts.
