Privacy Policy

This policy describes the JK Social AI application operated by JK Autolink, Rajkot – Mavdi, Gujarat, India. The application is currently used internally; access for external business customers is planned.

Information used by the application

The portal uses sign-in information, connected account names and identifiers, authorization tokens, message sender and recipient identifiers, message text, attachments, timestamps and delivery-related event data received through the connected platform. The information available depends on the permissions granted and the events the platform sends.

Purpose and access

We use this information to connect authorized business accounts, display customer inquiries and conversation history, send replies, and diagnose service errors. Account authorization tokens are used by the backend to communicate with Meta. They are not intended to be displayed publicly. Access to conversation records is restricted to the signed-in owner of the connected account.

Service providers

The current application uses Meta for connected social accounts and messaging, Supabase for authentication and database/backend services, and Hostinger for the website. Data needed to operate these services is processed by these providers under their applicable terms. This release does not send conversations to an AI model for automated replies.

Storage and removal

Conversation records and raw webhook events are stored in the application database. Disconnecting an account does not by itself guarantee that previously stored records have been deleted. To request removal of account or conversation information, follow our data deletion instructions. We will verify the request, identify the relevant records, and explain any information that must be retained or cannot be removed from systems outside our control.

Session storage

The signed-in portal stores session information in your browser so that you can access the workspace. The public information pages do not require login.
